The Demon Slayer Is a Six-Year-Old?

On Mount Fei-Mei, the legendary Fei-Mei Sword stood thrust into a cliff, radiating a biting cold.

An elderly man with an immortal’s bearing stood before the cliff, surrounded by his respectful disciples.

He spoke solemnly, “The Fei-Mei Sword is a divine blade used to slay demons. Our founder once used it to seal the gates of the demon realm. Believing the world was safe from evil, he embedded the sword into this cliff. For a thousand years, no one has been able to draw it. But now, the Demon King has returned—stronger than ever. He’s broken the seal and opened the gates of the Demon Realm, unleashing countless demons upon the human world.”

He turned to his disciples. “Only the one who can draw the Fei-Mei Sword has the power to defeat the Demon King and reseal the demon realm. Whoever succeeds will also inherit leadership of Mount Fei-Mei. Step forward and try.”

One by one, the disciples approached the sword, each exerting all their strength—but none could budge it.

The old man sighed, frustration etched on his face.

Suddenly, a cry of surprise rang out, followed by the innocent laughter of a child.

The old man looked over and saw a six-year-old boy fiddling with the Fei-Mei Sword—he had pulled it out with effortless ease.

A young man rushed forward in a panic, snatching the sword from the boy’s hands and scolding him, “Mu Qing, why are you being so naughty? We are discussing something important!”

He turned to the elder, bowing in apology. “Grandmaster, please forgive me. I failed to keep him in check. Punish me if you must!”

But the old man stared at little Mu Qing with shining eyes. “No… it is he,” he said, trembling with excitement. “At such a young age, to draw the Fei-Mei Sword so easily… it means he possesses the immortal root. He is the chosen one who will seal the demon realm!”

From that day forward, the old man took Mu Qing under his wing, teaching him everything he knew.

The child proved exceptionally gifted, grasping even the most complex lessons with ease.

When Mu Qing turned sixteen, the elder said to him, “The Demon King is in seclusion, enhancing his powers. Now is your chance to descend the mountain. Your mission is to slay demons and save the world. But take heed—the Fei-Mei Sword alone is not enough. You must also find the other half of its soul, the Sword Heart. And remember: never let yourself be tempted by women. Demons are masters of illusion and often disguise themselves as beautiful women to lure men.”

And so, Mu Qing set out, carrying the legendary Fei-Mei Sword on his back, stepping into a world of danger, destiny, and demons.
